Onze servers staan in de EU. Sommige derde partijen (zoals Telegram, Solscan) hebben servers buiten de EU. Met deze partijen wisselen we alleen technische data uit (token-adressen, transactie-data) — geen persoonsgegevens. Our servers are located in the EU. Some third parties (such as Telegram, Solscan) have servers outside the EU. With these we exchange only technical data (token addresses, transaction data) — no personal data.

Neural Sniper verwerkt blockchain-transacties namens jou met je geüploade wallet. Alle financiële handelingen zijn publiek inzichtelijk op de Solana blockchain via Solscan — wij maken geen aparte boekhouding voor deze transacties op onze servers. Neural Sniper executes blockchain transactions on your behalf using your uploaded wallet. All financial activity is publicly visible on the Solana blockchain via Solscan — we keep no separate accounting on our servers for these transactions.

Voor het Monthly tier-abonnement (0.4 SOL / 30 dagen) wordt je betaling naar onze registratie-wallet gestuurd. Het wallet-adres staat in het registratieformulier en is verifieerbaar op Solscan. For the Monthly tier subscription (0.4 SOL / 30 days) your payment is sent to our registration wallet. The wallet address is shown on the registration form and verifiable on Solscan.

Voor het Performance-tier worden fees (1% per koop, 10% van winst per verkoop) automatisch van je trades afgehouden en naar onze platform-fee wallet gestuurd. Elke afdracht heeft een eigen Solana-transactie met TX-hash, zichtbaar in je trade-historie en publiek op Solscan. We bewaren een boekhouding van betaalde fees per gebruiker (total_fees_paid_bnb) voor administratieve doeleinden. For the Performance tier, fees (1% per buy, 10% of profit per sell) are automatically deducted from your trades and sent to our platform fee wallet. Each fee transaction has its own Solana transaction with TX hash, visible in your trade history and public on Solscan. We keep a record of paid fees per user (total_fees_paid_bnb) for administrative purposes.

Bij vragen over specifieke transacties of fees kun je deze altijd verifiëren op Solscan met je eigen wallet-adres als zoekterm. Geen extra toestemming of inzage-verzoek nodig — het is publieke blockchain-data. For questions about specific transactions or fees you can always verify them on Solscan with your own wallet address as search term. No extra consent or access request needed — it is public blockchain data.
