No financial advice. Neural Sniper is software for automated token discovery and trading support. You remain responsible for every setting, wallet, transaction and result.
1. What Neural Sniper is
Neural Sniper provides tools for monitoring BNB Chain tokens, scoring risk signals, running simulation mode, and optionally executing trades through user-configured wallets.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for your wallet security, private keys, bot configuration, trading limits, tax obligations and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.
- Use SIM mode before enabling live trading.
- Only risk funds you can afford to lose.
- Check token information yourself before relying on automated systems.
3. Fees and access
Access may be offered through free SIM access, monthly subscription, or performance-based tiers. Exact pricing and availability may change and is shown on the platform or through the registration flow.
4. Availability
Blockchain RPCs, Solana, third-party APIs, servers and network conditions can fail or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
5. Limitation of liability
Neural Sniper is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, failed transactions, slippage, taxes, rug pulls, honeypots, API outages, or losses caused by incorrect user settings.
6. Account termination
Accounts may be limited, suspended or removed for abuse, illegal use, attempts to bypass safeguards, or activity that harms the platform or other users.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
